Pull-Apart Pizza Rolls

A twist on classic pizza, these rolls are the perfect bite-sized addition to any party.

> 1 (6 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
> ½ bunch parsley
> 1 (16 oz) pkg pizza dough
> 2 tsp garlic powder
> 1 cup shredded mozzarella
> ¼ cup grated Parmesan
> flour, for dusting


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Dice the pepperoni and chop the parsley. Roll the dough out on a floured work surface and sprinkle with half of the pepperoni, 1 tsp garlic powder, half of the parsley, and ½ cup mozzarella. Roll and knead to combine. Break off into 14 balls of dough and pack into a greased cake or Bundt pan.
Top with remaining pepperoni, garlic powder, parsley, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Bake for 20 min., or until dough becomes golden brown. Use a knife to gently loosen edges from the sides of the pan. Place a plate over the pan and flip. Tap bottom and remove pan, leaving your pizza rolls on the plate. Serve immediately.
