Quick and Easy Peach Crumble

Home-made dessert doesn't have to be a hassle. This delicious peach crumble whips together in about half an hour, and goes great with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

> 2 (29 oz) cans peaches in juice, drained (reserve 1 cup of juice)
> 2 tbsp cornstarch
> 1 cup flour
> 2 cups quick oats
> 1/2 tsp cinnamon
> 1 cup brown sugar
> 1 stick unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or spray a 9x9 baking pan.

Toss together the peaches, reserved juice, and corn starch in a bowl. Pour in prepared baking dish.

Mix together the flour, oats, cinnamon, and sugar until well-mixed. Add in the cold butter, and (using clean hands) mix together until small crumbles form.

Sprinkle oat topping over the peaches. Bake for 25 minutes or until topping is browned and edges are bubbling.
