2 (6.7 oz) containers Chobani ® 20G Protein Greek Yogurt Raspberry Lemon

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/3 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1/3 cup milk
>
Maple syrup, lemon zest, raspberries (for garnish)

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.

In a different bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and milk. Whisk well, then pour into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix just until combined.

Heat up a nonstick pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan to create medium size pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear and cook until lightly browned, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.

Serve with fresh raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
