Ingredients

> 1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained
> 1 lb broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
> 2 tsp Italian seasoning
> 3 tbsp olive oil, plus more as needed
> 1 lb sweet Italian chicken links
> 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, divided
> 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen garlic bread

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli rabe, Italian seasoning and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet
2
Remove sausage from casings and add to large bowl along with 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Using hands, mix together until combined. Shape sausage mixture into 1½” balls and place on baking sheet with vegetables. Sprinkle entire baking sheet with 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake 15 minutes.
3
Gently shake pan to flip meatballs. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan over baking sheet. Bake until broccoli rabe is crispy and meatballs are cooked through, another 10 to 15 minutes.
4
Meanwhile, bake garlic bread according to package directions. Serve with meatballs and vegetables.
