Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin steak

1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms

1 jalapeno pepper

1 medium white onion

2 tbsp yellow curry powder

2 tsp garlic powder
>
1 (15 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes

2 cups low sodium beef stock
>
1 cup frozen peas
>
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Cut steak into small bite size cubes, and thinly slice the jalapeno pepper and onion and add to a large slow cooker. Add the mushrooms, curry powder, garlic powder, peeled tomatoes, and beef stock.

Set slow cooker on low and cover. Cook for 7-8 hours. Whisk in the peas and yogurt just before serving. Serve along with steamed rice.
