1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)

4 cups mini marshmallows

5 cup crispy rice cereal

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 graham crackers, crushed into small pieces

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows. Continuously stir until the marshmallows are melted and smooth. Add the rice cereal and mix well.

Press mixture into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top followed by the marshmallows.

Set oven rack to highest position and set oven to high broil. Set the pan underneath the broiler for 20-30 seconds watching carefully for the marshmallows to lightly brown. Remove once marshmallows are toasty.

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the warm marshmallows and chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before cutting.
