Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt
>
2 (5.3 oz) containers Too Good® Vanilla Yogurt

2 large eggs
>
2 tbsp honey
>
2 tbsp canola oil
>
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
>
Handful fresh blueberries (optional)
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients except fresh blueberries into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

On a greased cookie sheet, pour the batter into an even layer, using the back of a spoon to smooth. Press a few fresh blueberries on top (optional).

Bake for 15 minutes until the batter is cooked and lightly browned. Slice and serve with syrup and/or yogurt.
