Upside-Down Turkey Meatball Pizza

We combined 2 Italian favorites, meatballs and pizza. While the pizza bakes, make a quick green salad.

Ingredients

> 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
> 1 tbsp dried Italian mixed herbs
> 3 tbsp olive oil
> 1 (14 oz) bag frozen Nature's Promise turkey meatballs, thawed
> 1 (14 oz) jar Nature's Promise Organics pizza sauce
> 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
> 1 (11 oz) tube refrigerated thin- crust pizza dough

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine the Parmesan cheese and mixed herbs in a small bowl and set aside. Brush a 9x9-inch baking dish with 1 tbsp oil. Arrange the meatballs on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with the pizza sauce and mozzarella.

Remove the pizza dough from the container. Fit over the top of the pan, tucking the edges down the sides. Brush with remaining 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and herb mixture. Bake 10 min., or until browned and bubbling.

Tips

Add 1 tsp crushed pepper flakes to the Parmesan-herb mixture for a spicy note.
