Vegan Mini S’mores

Ingredients

> 1 (5 oz) pkg Homefree ® Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies
> 18 regular-size vegan marshmallows
> 1/2 (10 oz) bag dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chunks
> 1 tbsp canola oil

To Decorate:

> Sprinkles
> Flaky sea salt

Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment. Add the cookies flat-side-up to prepared baking sheet. Halve each marshmallow. Add 1 marshmallow half, cut-side down, onto each cookie, pressing to adhere.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and oil. Microwave until melted, in 30-sec. intervals, stirring between each one. Dip half of each s’more into melted chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and return to parchment. Decorate with the sprinkles and/or sea salt. Freeze 20 min., until set. Serve at room temperature.

Tips

Use a fork to fully coat the s’mores in chocolate.
