Watermelon Margaritas

Bring out your prettiest pitcher for this refreshing drink. Give the mixture a good stir every now and then.

> 6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
> 2 star fruit, cut into slices
> 1/3 cup sugar
> 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
> mint sprigs, to garnish
> lime wedges, to garnish


At least 4 hours before you want to serve the margaritas, place 2 cups watermelon cubes and the sliced star fruit on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze until cold.
Right before serving, combine remaining watermelon, sugar, ½ cup water and lime juice and blend until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher and add frozen fruit and garnish with mint and lime wedges.
