Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 ripe pear

1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1 cup pomegranate seeds

4 tsp honey

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds for 2 min. Let cool.

Cut the unpeeled pear into quarters. Remove the core and cut the quarters into smaller pieces. Mix with the yogurt and divide among four bowls.

Top the yogurt with the pomegranate seeds, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
