Shamrock Pretzels

These cute St. Patrick’s Day treats are as tasty as they are festive, and perfect for getting the kids involved. Simply arrange mini pretzels in a shamrock shape, place a chocolate-caramel candy in the center, and bake until the chocolates soften — then finish off with pretzel stick “stems” and green sprinkles for a splash of color.

Ingredients

> 36 mini pretzels
> 12 ROLO ® Creamy Caramels in Rich Chocolate Candy, unwrapped
> 12 pretzel sticks
> Green sprinkles, as needed

Steps

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. Place 3 mini pretzels in a shamrock shape and place one chocolate candy in the center, making sure candy is touching each of the pretzels. Repeat with remaining mini pretzels and candies, spacing shamrocks evenly apart on prepared sheet.

Bake 2–3 min., until chocolate candies are slightly melted. Fit pretzels back together if needed, then gently press one end of each pretzel stick on a softened chocolate candy to adhere. Press the sprinkles on candies. Let cool 5 min., then refrigerate 20 min., until chocolates harden.
