Meaty sausage and mushrooms form the base of this tasty twist on ragu. The duo of fresh tomatoes and tomato purée also means tons of flavor fast.
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Remove the sausages from their casings and add to a 12-inch skillet, along with the oil. Cook on medium 8 min., until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up meat with back of spoon.
3. Add the garlic, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Cook 5 min., stirring. Add the tomato purée. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
4. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the tomatoes. Stir into skillet. Toss cooked spaghetti with sauce. Season with salt.
