Serve up these easy and spicy buffalo chicken wings at your next football party and you will win the game for sure. The secret is in the marinade, a tasty mixture of hot sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika and butter. They are delicious on their own, but served with blue cheese dressing, they'll disappear in seconds.
1. Place chicken wing pieces in a shallow dish.
2. For marinade: stir together melted butter, hot pepper sauce, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. Pour over chicken wings. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
3. Place chicken wings on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
4. Serve with blue cheese dip and, if desired, celery sticks.
