1/2 (3.25 lb) value pack boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 (10 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Broccoli Florets
>
1 tbsp sesame oil
>
Cooking spray
>
2 tsp sesame seeds

2 (8.8 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise® Precooked Basmati rice
Steps

Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces Season with salt and pepper. Toss chicken pieces with the cornstarch. To a large resealable freezer bag, add the orange juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Shake and massage to combine and dissolve brown sugar. Add chicken to the soy sauce mixture, massage to coat thoroughly, and marinate 15 min.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. To a large bowl, add the broccoli and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Transfer broccoli to air fryer basket and cook 8–10 min., shaking basket halfway through. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and keep warm.

Reduce air fryer temperature to 390°F and coat basket with the cooking spray. Drain marinade from chicken. Working in batches if needed, arrange marinated chicken in a single layer. Coat chicken with cooking spray. Cook 12–15 min., flipping halfway through and coating chicken again with cooking spray, until internal temperature is 165°F.

Transfer chicken to bowl with broccoli and garnish with the sesame seeds. Microwave the rice according to package directions. Serve with rice.
Tips
PREP AHEAD: At the end of Step 1, freeze chicken in freezer bag for up to 4 months. Put the frozen chicken in the fridge overnight or run it under cold water to thaw. Proceed with the rest of the recipe.
