> 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
> 1/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning


Drain and thinly slice the roasted peppers. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Add both to a small bowl.
Add the oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
