Ingredients

> 1/2 (8 oz) package fresh mozzarella pearls
> 1/2 (14 oz) package Taste of Inspirations® Cracker Cut Genoa Salami
> 1 (3 oz) package sliced prosciutto
> 1 (10 oz) package grape tomatoes
> 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
> 1/2 (5 oz) package spring mix
> 15 to 20 (10") skewers
> Balsamic vinaigrette, to serve

Steps

Alternating ingredients, thread mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, tomatoes, olives and spring mix onto skewers. Place skewers on a serving platter and serve with balsamic vinaigrette.
