4 tart apples

3 1/2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp honey

3/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

4 large eggs

3/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces.

Heat the butter in an ovenproof skillet. Add the honey and stir until dissolved. Sautée the wedges, 3 min. over medium heat.

In a bowl mix the flour with the salt. Make a well in the center and gradually add the eggs and milk. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

Pour the batter over the apples and place the pan in the oven. Bake the pancake for about 20 min., or until cooked and golden brown.

Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
