Ingredients

> 1/2 (14 oz) Nature's Promise® Take & Bake Twin Demi-baguettes, thawed
> 1 lb Nature's Promise® Sirloin Steak
> 4 tbsp Goya® Chimichurri Steak Sauce, divided
> Wooden or metal skewers
> 1 (12 oz) bag Salad Classics Garden Salad
> 3 tbsp favorite salad dressing, to serve

Steps

1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the bread onto oven rack and bake 8-10 min., until golden brown.
2
Meanwhile, trim the beef and thinly slice into 2-inch-long strips. In a medium bowl, toss beef with 2 tbsp chimichurri steak sauce. Thread beef onto skewers and season with salt and pepper. Place skewers on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
3
When bread is done, preheat broiler on high. Broil the skewers 4-5 min. per side, until desired doneness.
4
Meanwhile, using a serrated knife, cut the baguette into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Arrange bread on a wide serving platter in a single layer. Toss the salad with the dressing. When beef if done, transfer directly onto bread. Drizzle remaining 2 tbsp chimichurri all over beef and bread to serve.

Tips

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using.
