Ingredients

4 slices wholegrain bread

1 Asian pear

2 tbsp cream cheese

¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Steps

Halve and toast the bread. Halve pears and remove seeds using a spoon. Set the flat side down on a cutting board and cut the pear into thin slices.

Spread the cream cheese on the bread and divide the pear on top.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
