Asian Pear, Cream Cheese and Pomegranate Breakfast Toasts

Ingredients

> 4 slices wholegrain bread
> 1 Asian pear
> 2 tbsp cream cheese
> ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Steps

Halve and toast the bread. Halve pears and remove seeds using a spoon. Set the flat side down on a cutting board and cut the pear into thin slices.

Spread the cream cheese on the bread and divide the pear on top.

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
