Tyson® Bacon Backyard Corn

Ingredients

> 8 slices Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon 
> 1/4 cup canned chipotle peppers, pureed
> 1/4 cup honey
> 1/4 cup butter, melted
> 4 ears of corn, shucked
> Cooking spray

Steps

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Mix chipotle peppers, honey and melted butter in a bowl to make the glaze.

Cut ears of corn in half. Wrap one slice of bacon around each. Secure the bacon in place with toothpicks.

Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray. Roll wrapped corn cob halves in glaze and place them on grill.

Turn corn every 1-2 minutes and occasionally baste with the remaining glaze. Repeat for 20-25 minutes.

Remove corn from the grill and season with salt to taste.
