Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 1 large egg
> 1/2 cup low-fat milk
> 3 tbsp peanut butter
> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Quick Rolled Oats
> 1/4 cup nuts, roughly chopped
> 1/4 cup applesauce
> 1/2 tsp baking powder
> Pinch of salt
> 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to serve
> Whipped cream or yogurt, to serve

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a small baking dish with the cooking spray. Into baking dish, add the egg, milk, and peanut butter, whisking to combine. To dish, add the oats, nuts, applesauce, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine and spread mixture in an even layer.

Bake until almost set, about 15–20 min. Serve dolloped with whipped cream or yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon.
