Banana–Peanut Butter Milkshakes

Somewhere between a milkshake and a smoothie, this shake adds creamy ripe banana and salty-sweet peanut butter to the classic vanilla version.

> 1 cup vanilla ice cream
> 3/4 cup reduced-fat milk
> 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
> 1 ripe banana, chopped
> 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
> 1 tsp vanilla extract


In a blender, purée the ice cream, milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Divide between 2 glasses and serve.


For fun confetti rims, add rainbow sprinkles to a rimmed plate. Spread some whipped topping around rims of glasses, then dip in sprinkles.
