> 1 cup shredded Italian-blend cheeses

Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange the pitas on a large foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 3 min., until golden and starting to crisp.
Meanwhile, quarter the grape tomatoes. Spread the alfredo sauce on pitas, leaving ¼-inch rim. Top with the cheese, then tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 min., until edges are golden brown and cheese has melted.
To serve, top each pizza with the arugula.
