Basic Crustless Quiche

Egg, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic powder and pepper combine for a quiche recipe that is simple but delicious. Perfect for brunch or as a starter, feel free to add your favorite ingredients into the mix. Ham works well in it, too.

> 1 cup egg substitute
> 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
> 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
> 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9–inch round pie dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine egg substitute, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, flour, garlic powder and pepper and stir together until smooth.
Pour mixture into baking dish and smooth out the top. Bake until set, about 45 minutes.
Remove quiche from the oven. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
