Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 1 (11 oz) pkg Caulipower® Cauliflower Pizza Crust
> 1/2 (8 oz) ball smoked mozzarella, shredded
> 1/2 small red onion
> 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
> 1/3 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Original Barbecue Sauce
> 3/4 cup shredded carrot

Steps

Preheat oven to 425°F. Generously coat a large baking sheet with the cooking spray. Place the cauliflower crust on baking sheet.

Meanwhile, shred the mozzarella and thinly slice the red onion. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with the barbecue sauce.

Top crust with chicken, carrots, onion, and mozzarella. Bake 12–15 min., until cheese melts. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
