Blackberry-Citrus Mocktails

The sweetness of berries is harnessed into a 5-minute syrup purée for easy mocktails.

> 1/2 pint blackberries
> 1/2 cup orange juice
> 1 tbsp lime juice
> 3 tbsp honey
> Ice, for serving
> Plain seltzer, chilled, for serving


In a blender or food processor, purée the blackberries, orange juice, lime juice, and honey until smooth. Strain into a liquid measuring cup or small pitcher, discarding solids. Divide blackberry mixture among 4 glasses of ice. Top off with the seltzer to taste.


To substitute with frozen blackberries, thaw 1¼ cups frozen berries, then proceed with recipe.
