Ingredients

1 pint blackberries

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup pomegranate juice

3 tbsp lemon juice
>
1 liter lemon-lime seltzer

In a medium saucepan, combine the blackberries, sugar, and pomegranate juice. Heat to a simmer on high. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 min., until berries are tender, stirring occasionally. Let cool.

In a blender, purée blackberry mixture until smooth. Strain into small pitcher and stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until cold.

For each drink, pour 2 tbsp blackberry syrup into a tall glass of ice and stir in about 1/2 cup seltzer.
