Ingredients

3 cups cold water, divided

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup honey
>
2 (6 oz) pkgs blackberries

1 1/4 cups lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)

In a medium pot, combine 1 cup water, sugar, and honey. Heat on high until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.

Meanwhile, blend the blackberries and remaining 2 cups water until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pushing on solids. Stir in the lemon juice and sugar-honey mixture until well combined. Serve over ice.
