> 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
> 2 tbsp lemon juice
> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
> 1/4 tsp celery salt
> 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
> 1 bunch celery
> 3 ripe small tomatoes


In a large bowl, whisk together the horseradish, lemon juice, oil, Tabasco, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with pepper.
Chop the celery and tomatoes. Add to bowl and toss to combine.


Don’t toss the celery leaves! They’re full of flavor and add texture to salads.
