Ingredients

5 slices bacon, chopped

1 cup diced onion

½ cup ketchup

½ cup barbecue sauce

¼ cup cider vinegar

3 (15.5 oz) cans canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed

In a skillet on medium-high, add bacon and cook 5 min., stiring occasionally. Add onion and cook an additional 5 min.

To a slow cooker, add bacon and onions, 1 cup water, and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Tips
If you like your chili extra-spicy, add a few more chipotle peppers.
