1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

2 tbsp dark brown sugar

2 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 large egg

2 tbsp milk

Put the butter into a microwave-safe mug and melt 30 sec. in the microwave.

Add the flour, sugars, cocoa, egg, milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir with a fork until smooth.

Put the mug in the microwave and heat in 30 sec-increments until done, about 1–2 min. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
