Ingredients

3 stalks celery

1 head Boston lettuce

1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

2 tsp white wine vinegar

3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup shredded (matchstick) carrots

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Thinly slice the celery. Separate the leaves on the head of lettuce. Tear any larger leaves.

In a large bowl, whisk the hot sauce, ranch dressing, and vinegar. Add the chicken, carrots, and celery. Toss to combine. Season with salt to taste.

Divide the lettuce among 4 plates. Top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle the blue cheese on top.
