2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

6 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dry barbecue seasoning

2 tsp dry ranch seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat the chickpeas very dry with paper towels or kitchen towels, removing any loosened skins. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the chickpeas with the oil.

Bake 50–55 min., until very crunchy, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from oven.

Working quickly, transfer chickpeas to a large bowl and add the barbecue seasoning and ranch seasoning. Toss until well coated and then return to pan, spreading out in even layer. Let cool completely.
