Caesar Chicken with Romaine Salad

Using Caesar dressing both to marinate the chicken and dress the salad gives this easy 5-ingredient meal tons of flavor and makes a delicious dinner.

> 1 (1.5 lb) pkg Nature's Promise® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
> 3/4 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
> 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
> 2 romaine lettuce hearts
> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Caesar Croutons


To a resealable bag, add the chicken and ½ cup Caesar dressing. Toss to coat, then refrigerate to marinate at least 30 min. and up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, discarding marinade. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake 20–25 min., until chicken registers 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
Remove chicken from oven. Preheat broiler. Top chicken with ½ cup Parmesan. Broil chicken 3–4 min., until cheese is melted and browned in spots.
Meanwhile, cut the romaine lettuce into 1-inch pieces. In a large bowl, combine lettuce and remaining ¼ cup dressing. Add the croutons and remaining ¼ cup Parmesan. Toss to combine. Slice chicken and serve alongside salad.
