Ingredients

1 romaine lettuce heart

1/2 (2.1 oz) box fully cooked sliced bacon

1/2 cup store-bought Caesar dressing, divided

4 pretzel buns or whole-wheat hamburger buns, split

1 (6 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Oven Roasted Sliced Chicken

2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 (3 oz) pkg Parmesan crisps

Thinly slice the romaine and add to a medium bowl. Microwave the bacon according to package directions. Crumble bacon into bowl with lettuce. Pour in ¼ cup Caesar dressing and gently toss with lettuce and bacon.

Assemble the sandwiches: Place dressed lettuce on 4 bun halves. Top lettuce with the sliced chicken, tomatoes, and Parmesan crisps. Spread 1 tbsp of remaining Caesar dressing on top half of each pretzel bun and close sandwiches.
Tips
To make your own Parmesan crisps, preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment. By rounded tablespoons, spoon grated Parmesan cheese into mounds on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon and season with pepper. Bake 4–6 min., until melted and golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheets. Use a spatula to remove crisps.
