2 (8 oz) tubs Premium Crab Claw

1/2 cup habanero mayonnaise, divided

1 (17 oz) pkg brioche rolls
>
1/2 (4 oz) baby butter lettuce

2 tbsp pickled jalapeños

Position broiler rack 4–6 inches from heat source. Preheat broiler to high. In a medium bowl, combine the crab and ¼ cup mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Using a serrated knife, split rolls in half horizontally. Spread remaining ¼ cup mayonnaise on inside of the rolls. On a baking sheet, place rolls mayonnaise-side up. Broil the rolls 1–2 min., until golden brown.

Line each roll with lettuce and divide crab filling among rolls. Garnish with the pickled jalapeños and serve.
