1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips

1 cup mini pretzels

1 (2.5 oz) bag apple chips, crushed, divided

1 (11 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped

Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate on high in 30-sec. intervals, until melted, stirring between intervals. Spread chocolate into an 8x12-inch rectangle in prepared pan and smooth the top. Arrange the pretzels and half the apple chips in an even layer over chocolate. Chill in freezer 20 min., until chocolate bark is firm.

In another medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave the caramels on high in 30-sec. intervals, until melted, stirring between intervals. Working quickly, spread caramel in an even layer over chocolate bark. Top with remaining apple chips. Return to freezer and chill until firm, 20 min. Break bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
