8 slices raisin bread

1 Asian pear

½ cup smooth cashew butter

2 tsp honey
Steps

Toast the bread. Halve pears and remove seeds using a spoon. Set the flat side down on a cutting board and cut the pear into thin slices.

Spread half the cashew butter on half the bread and set sliced pear on top. Drizzle each toast with ½ tsp honey. Spread cashew butter on the remaining bread slices and top the sandwiches. Slice and serve.
