Ingredients

2 tablespoons flaked almonds

4 Nature's Promise smoked chicken and apple sausages

2 teaspoons curry powder
>
2 tablespoons olive oil
>
1 (10 oz) pkg Nature's Promise broccoli florets

1 (24 oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
>
1 (3/4 oz) pkg fresh chives, chopped
>
lemon wedges, to serve
>
mustard, to serve
Steps

Place almonds on a plate and microwave at 1 minute intervals, stirring in between, until golden.

Slash the top of each sausage diagonally 4 times. Sprinkle with curry powder. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages until brown.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli florets until tender, about 4 min. Drain and toss with remaining tbsp olive oil and toasted almonds.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to package directions. Mix the chives into the potatoes.

Divide broccoli, mashed potatoes and sausages among 4 plates. Serve with lemon wedges and mustard.
