Carrot-Fennel Slaw

Add some crunch to your Easter buffet with this easy spring recipe. This no-cook, 5-ingredient slaw is ready in just 20 minutes thanks to a store-bought raspberry vinaigrette.

Ingredients

> 2 fennel bulbs
> 1 large tart apple
> 1/2 (10 oz) bag shredded carrots
> 1 (10 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Vegetable Slaw
> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Raspberry Vinaigrette, divided

Halve, core, and thinly slice the fennel bulbs. Halve, core, and thinly slice the apple into sticks.

In a large serving bowl, combine the carrots, slaw, fennel, and apple. Season with salt and pepper. Add half of the dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until needed. Right before serving, add remaining half of dressing and serve.
