Guacamole Salad

Make good use of juicy peak-season tomatoes by transforming a fan-favorite dip into a potluck-perfect salad.

> 3 tbsp lime juice
> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 1 tsp chili powder
> 1/2 tsp garlic powder
> 1/8 tsp sugar
> 4 medium tomatoes
> 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
> 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
> 2 avocados, pits removed


In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and sugar until combined.
Chop the tomatoes into 1-inch chunks. Add to bowl with dressing, along with the jalapeño and red onion. Toss to combine. Chop the avocados and gently toss with tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
