2 large Ruby red grapefruits

2 oranges

1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine, chilled

1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling white wine, chilled

From the grapefruits, squeeze 1 cup juice into a large pitcher. From oranges, squeeze ½ cup juice into pitcher.

To pitcher, stir in the rosé wine. Refrigerate until cold. To serve, stir the sparkling wine into pitcher and serve in champagne flutes or coupe glasses.
Tips
Garnish each glass with a twist of orange or grapefruit peel.
