> 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
> 1 cup nondairy plain cashew or soy yogurt
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
> 1/4 cup fresh tarragon
> 1/4 cup chopped chives
> 1 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 clove garlic
> 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
> 1 cucumber, diced
> Tortilla chips or strips, to serve
