Chicken Burrito with Vegetables and Black Beans

Black beans, brown rice, carrots, kale, peppers, and grilled chicken are packed into a whole wheat tortilla for an easy dinner in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

> 1/2 (15.5 oz) can black beans
> 1 cup leftover cooked brown rice
> 4 large whole-wheat tortillas
> 1 cup shredded carrots
> 1 cup leftover cooked kale
> 1 cup diced bell pepper
> 1 lb leftover grilled chicken 

Steps

Rinse and drain the black beans. Place ¼ of the brown rice in the center of a tortilla. Top with ¼ of the shredded carrots, kale, bell pepper, black beans, and grilled chicken. Fold the bottom of the tortilla tightly over the filling and roll, tucking in the sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
