2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1/3 cup finely chopped celery

1/3 cup chopped red apple

1/4 cup light mayonnaise

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

2 chopped tbsp fresh parsley

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
>
1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted

Croissants or whole-wheat bread, to serve

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, celery, apple, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Gently stir in the cherries.

When ready to serve, halve each croissant, if using. Divide chicken salad among croissant halves or bread slices.
