1 (16 oz) bag Asian vegetable medley

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

2 cups fully cooked white rice

Cook rice according to package directions.

Chop chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.

Heat chicken and vegetables in a pan over medium heat, then add teriyaki sauce.

Serve over white rice.
Tips
• Substitute chicken with other protein options: beef strips, tofu, shrimp, chopped salmon, or pork medallions.
• Use fresh bok choy, ginger, garlic, scallions, baby corn, water chestnuts, shredded carrots, red bell peppers, and shitake mushrooms.
