2 tbsp quinoa, cooked

1 tbsp shallots, diced

Steam the Pero Family Farms French Beans according to the directions on the bag. Once steamed, carefully remove the French Beans from the bag and place into a large mixing bowl.
Add the cooked quinoa, orange segments, shallots, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper to taste.
