Cocoa Banana Frozen Dessert

Looking for a no-bake dessert that will cool you down in the summer heat? This banana dessert will hit the spot. Frozen bananas become creamy and indulgent when frozen and blended, leaving you with an amazing vegan-friendly dessert everyone will love.

> 2 ripe bananas
> 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
> 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
> 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
> 2 tbsp flaked coconut
> Flaked coconut for garnish (optional)


Peel the bananas and cut into large chunks. Puree banana in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar and coconut and pulse to combine. Pour into individual serving dishes. Place in freezer for about 1 hour or just until frosty. Top with shredded coconut if desired.
