> 1 (16 oz) bag dry green lentils
> 2 tbsp olive oil


In large saucepan, add lentils, 6 cups water, salt, and pepper. Heat to boiling on high.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 25–30 min., until tender. Drain, then toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
